Peluncuran Program 'How To Safely Dispose Of Your Unused Drugs/Medicines'

The Pharmacy Unit of Universiti Malaya Clinic (Klinik UM) launched the programme 'How To Safely Dispose Of Your Unused Medicines' starting from 1 July 2024, in collaboration with the Faculty of Pharmacy, the Property Department of UM, and the D.U.M.P. team. The programme aimed to educate and raise awareness among the campus community and local residents on the proper and environmentally friendly disposal of expired or unused medicines. Participants were encouraged to bring unused or expired medicines to Klinik UM and dispose of them in designated collection bins. Throughout 2025, the Pharmacy Unit received medicines for safe disposal from the campus and surrounding community.
